High School Diploma Completion Program

The High School Diploma (HSD) program at RAS will begin accepting new students on February 12-15th.

The following requirements must ALL be met for any student to be considered for enrollment into the HSD program. Please read the requirements carefully and note important dates/deadlines:

1) Students wishing to be considered for enrollment must obtain an copy of their transcripts that indicate ALL high school coursework completed and bring the transcript with you to registration (Aug 16-18 and ongoing as space is available). You will register, take an assessment and leave your transcripts for evaluation. Unofficial transcripts can be used for the initial evaluation, but official transcripts (stamped, signed by district officials, and contained within a sealed envelope) must be ordered and given to the Director before a final determination of credit status can be made.
2) Once the Director has evaluated your transcripts and determined the classes that you need to take in order to complete your high school diploma you will be called to come in to meet with the Teacher. You and the teacher will determine your class schedule. *If it is determined that you do not have enough credits to enroll in the HSD program you will be offered a spot in our GED Test Preparation program.

3) Once admitted into the HSD program students are required to attend at least two hours per week to allow the teacher to monitor their progress and complete class exams. At least one credit of completed work per week is required to maintain enrollment in the program. The HSD program meets by appointment with your teacher Monday through Friday 8:45am to 1:30pm or Monday through Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

If you are interested in the program, obtain your transcripts now.
