All programs at RAS are open to any person who is 18 and older and no longer attending high school. There is no charge for any class at RAS. 

 This course is not currently being offered. We plan to offer this course as soon as we are back on campus full time. This course provides an overview of United States history and the structure of Federal, State, County and City government. It includes the responsibilities of citizens living under a democratic form of government. It also addresses the procedure for applying for naturalization and provides test taking practice in preparation for the INS approved Basic Skills Citizenship Examination. 

English as a Second Language (ESL): These courses give English learners opportunities to study and practice English language communications skills, including listening, speaking, reading, writing, and critical thinking. Competency-based courses span seven levels ranging from basic literacy to advanced English language development. Classes are offered on the main campus according to the schedule below:
