ESL
All programs at RAS are open to any person who is 18 and older and no longer attending high school. There is no charge for any class at RAS.
English as a Second Language (ESL): These courses give English learners opportunities to study and practice English language communications skills, including listening, speaking, reading, writing, and critical thinking. Competency-based courses span seven levels ranging from basic literacy to advanced English language development.
